--- SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS ---
Applications are now available for the 2 Scholarships presented each year by Forrest
Lodge No. 19. The Luke Wayne Countz Scholarship is presented to the child or grandchild
of a member of Forrest Lodge who will be a graduating high school senior in May,
irregardless of what high school the student attends. The Forrest Lodge Academic
Scholarship is presented to a graduating senior of Huntsville High School.
If you have a child or grandchild who will be a graduating senior in May, or know of a
graduating senior of Huntsville High School who would be interested in applying for
either of these Scholarships, please contact Worshipful Master Sammy Buentello.

are due and payable by January 1st. Your prompt payment will save the Lodge the
expense of sending Past Due notices. Also, please note that you must have a current
dues card in your possesion to visit another Lodge.
